The energetic picture of our reality is changing rapidly. Images of leaders and saviors are falling, truths are becoming increasingly visible. People are waking up, and it's gradually becoming impossible to manipulate them. Whatever is tried will result in people connecting. The direction now being supported is opening the heart, authentic human emotions, and unity above all else. The pyramid becomes a circle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Healthy foundations for change<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For quite a long time, people have been going through spiritual paths, self-work, and healings focused on the negative within themselves, with the attitude that something is wrong with us and that we have to change. That is no longer supported because it is trauma-based work and attempts to gain some personal worth through self-work. The more energy we put into it, the stronger that same \u201csomething wrong\u201d within us will become. Or they work on themselves from a certain dogma that must not be questioned.<\/p>

We change ourselves when we feel it and when it's time for us to expand on who we are. The ideal question is, \u201cHow can I enjoy it even more?\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At such a stage, it's essential to focus fully on working on yourself, because we're here to bring about change from within and without\u2014for our own quality of life. This fosters genuine connections with people, rather than bonding through complaints and traumas.<\/p>

What a person talks about shows the direction they want to go. Choose your company carefully, because the weakest link in our lives always drags all the others down with it.<\/p>

To have genuine connection and an organically open heart, we must turn our attention to enjoyment, following the path of greatest excitement. And then share it with others.<\/p>

Now the focus must be placed on the positive and new habits instead of on the person's traumas and \u201cflaws.\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

From \u201cI\u201d to \u201cwe\u201d <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Now we need to connect and unite. In my therapeutic energy work with healing energies over these past 15 years, I see that people are increasingly searching for themselves. Sometimes they think a particular relationship is the problem, sometimes finances or health issues, but the common denominator is that they are still searching for the path to their authentic self. The closer they get to their authentic emotions and thoughts, free from the traumas of their primary relationships, the more everything else falls into place. Because the truth is real protection and strength, and from it comes the inspiration for the next steps.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The role of the healer <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The world needs healers right now. People who extend a hand and have access to those vibrations that represent a person's healed state, with which the person then aligns. During the work, I realize that people want understanding and connection, to be heard, and that simply active listening and holding space for a person to express themselves is a form of therapeutic work. Then, through energy work, traumas, blockages, and negative beliefs can be slowly replaced with the vibration of a healed state. I find it particularly powerful to focus on healing a person's primary relationships and even prenatal healing, because in the mother's womb, we take on her states as our own, and this shapes our perception of the physical world throughout our entire lives.<\/p>

Thus, a person can essentially be free from their previous beliefs and fears, which create a \u201cloop\u201d of repeating the same situations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

No one is a victim<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To undergo healing, we must become responsible. We all go through various experiences here that must be supported and respected. Some want to resolve current issues, while a very few seek deep transformations to realize the eternity of their true Self. For them, it is certainly energetic work that begins with our essence, the most subtle part of us\u2014the soul\u2014and its densest level, the inner child. Whether we know it or not, we are always seeking ourselves.<\/p>

There are fewer and fewer people who unconsciously point the finger at the culprits and circumstances outside of themselves for which they suffer, as if someone owes them something. That victim\/narcissism role is slowly disappearing, and people are realizing that by taking responsibility for themselves and becoming aware that the key to changing their reality lies within them (both inside and out), they can solve everything. And the healthiest and most beautiful vibration is that of our souls, because it is full of the energy of Life, composed of the same vibrations of pure love as the Source. Integrating this on a physical level automatically changes our reality.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How healing brings happiness<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Healing means freedom from the limitations of our old self. Change is inevitable, and resistance to it creates problems in our body, psyche, and spirit. We must always grow; that is the nature of the soul. Through energy work with clients, I see how limitations fall away and what we truly are manifests. The old must die, and the new must manifest within us.<\/p>

The elephant statue is somewhere in that huge rock; you just need to remove the excess rock. Through energy healing, affinities shift, needs become more meaningful, and the desire to live grows stronger. There's an increasing urge to give themselves a quality life, which leads to genuine relationships with people focused on progress and enjoyment. A person's true nature emerges.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
