Return to the body and integration of body and soul
The body as a separate world
What happens to the body when we neglect it and live in our own separate world?
It begins to live as a separate world that develops its own emotions, thoughts, and states, like a distinct being.
Returning to the body means beginning to recognize these signals and honoring the body as a whole.
In those states, it tries to connect with us through thoughts and emotions. Where they sometimes come from, we don't know.
The body as a parasite or partner
Actually, we don't recognize that it has begun to live as a separate world and system, like a parasite; and we ourselves become parasites when we separate from the body, using it and neglecting it. We can at least start, in our minds, to gently honor the body, step by step. Caring for it, listening. The body speaks in many ways, but we hear only its heaviness and pain. And it's always trying to reach us.
Returning to the body through attention and awareness
They should be one, but subtle levels parasitize the body because we deny it. The mind has been conditioned to be separate from the body. The body develops its own emotions because it has no contact with our authentic emotions.
The body and soul are inseparably connected; when we integrate them, the experience of life becomes whole.
Detachment from the body and consequences
We arrive at that state by following empty systems, listening to others, and living other people's lives and information.
We are the body here, and we need to allow the soul to have experiences here. The body is just as valuable as the soul. We need it to carry out the soul's desires in the physical world. That is the only way we don't live in ideas.
The body rebels when we ignore it.
The body is not part of the furniture and will not be ignored; it will find its way to us, even if it has to do so in a harder way. It has its own consciousness and intelligence, and it can be sad or angry with us.
We all more or less have to “redeem” our bodies and make up for neglecting or pushing them too hard. It can withhold energy from us and harbor doubts about us so it won't be rejected again.
Therapeutic Approach to Returning to the Body
If we don't feel our body's needs, a therapist can help by serving as a channel for communicating with the body and reconnecting with it.
They're like estranged spouses living in the same space but not communicating. Thus we gradually arrive at confusion: what do I need, what should I eat—chaos. The body becomes isolated from the world and falls into fear because it longs for people and the world, to be part of this organism called the planet.
Body and soul in harmony
But the body doesn't go through the ego; we simply deny it. We have a system for that with a broad spectrum of energies, similar to the system for working on primary relationships. The physical body is exempt from synthetic elements, as is the organic inner child. This is especially important for spiritual people who live their lives “up there” in order to leave the physical world. Noise arises in communication between genuine emotions and the body.
That then goes, as we write in Soul Reading, toward the inner child taking the helm. It reintroduces us to organic creation, which is great joy and Life. During these treatments, we connect with the body's needs and communicate with it through special energies.
We reconnect with the soul through SR, shedding the layers we've developed over lifetimes, and we reconnect with the body in a way that allows us to hear its needs and, to begin with, start collaborating with it so that we become a whole, a union of spirit and matter. The body aligns itself with our unique soul.
Return of Body Awareness
In the synthetic state, we created a separate cosmos within the body through the projection of the mind, and the mind “ruled” the body. It's time for the body to come alive again in an organic way and for the body's original consciousness (which is the soul's consciousness) to return to the physical realm.
After the soul's liberation, it begins its integration into the physical under the guidance of the Source. The physical aligns with the soul, not the other way around. That is why everything is summed up in the physical body, in the human being. What we are—our original emotions and abilities—we will find here; there is no longer any fragmentation across dimensions or the like.
