Many people don't understand the importance of energy protections or what they're for, nor the importance of regeneration in the processes we go through to align with the soul after it has been liberated through a Soul Reading.
Well, let's try to explain.

We didn't enter the synthetic matrix system overnight, nor did we build or take on a multitude of programs, aspects, programming entities, and so on. We can't detach ourselves from it overnight either; it's a process—slower for some, faster for others, but still a process.

We are not just physical beings; we are manifested on the physical level in accordance with our energetic state. Through lives in duality, we learn in accordance with our souls' choices. 

When the time comes for the soul's liberation, a technical system that has been blocking our organic energy system and dividing our aura into layers is removed through soul reading. Our most subtle level (the soul) is freed from the reality in which it was trapped/separated during our learning, and contracts are destroyed. However, this is only the beginning of returning to ourselves, as we open the way for further work in this way.

Before we proceed with further treatments (both group and individual), energy protection should be our mandatory next step, even though in SR we say it's a recommendation.
Personal free will has the final say here, but nothing can replace protection.

Every soul has its own role and mission; for some, it is to live a fully organic human life to the fullest, while for others the mission is to carry out a certain energetic task on the path of the global return to the organic. We learn this through a conversation with the soul.

Well, whatever your soul's mission may be, to get there you need to return to yourself. On that path there are always ups and downs. Why? Because over countless lives in duality we have identified ourselves with a multitude of programs, programmatic bodies, traumas, aspects, and so on that served us to go through the lessons we chose.

Protections serve to prevent us from becoming energetically attached to synthetic subtle vibrations, to keep potential influences (whatever synthetic energy management system is involved) from reaching us, to raise and stabilize our personal vibration, etc., while upgrading them helps us avoid becoming attached to others' energy fields. A shield that facilitates our further return to ourselves.

The difference in vibration before and after SR is very large, especially felt by those who are empaths. But being an empath isn't always good, especially for us, because we feel other people's states too intensely, take them on ourselves, and so on. Then other people's vibrations mix with ours, into our energy space, our first energy center closes (consequently because we are no longer in our own vibration), and we enter another person's vibration so that their energy fills our field. And so, we once again enter a state where we are not ourselves.

To prevent that from happening, protective measures come next after SR. This ensures that our condition is as stable as possible when we begin to return to ourselves and along that journey.
The processes we go through afterward serve to cleanse from us everything we have identified with that isn't us. Through these processes we don't lose what we've learned; rather, we cleanse ourselves of everything that arose as a byproduct of learning in duality. Protections are our ally in this and a step we absolutely shouldn't skip if we want to return to ourselves.

We also need to mention that many people want to help a loved one, so they take SR for them. That's great—it doesn't interfere with anyone's free will and allows the person to make further choices, since through SR we remove contracts. Still, it would really help to set up and protect the person in that case as well.

No other energy is a substitute for the protections of Light; these are tools received from the Source by which Tamara Ivas, through her soul and via an individual treatment for the purpose of applying protections, raises an energetic shield made of organic light energy around the aura of the person undergoing the treatment.

2. Basic protections are formed around the aura and prevent synthetic vibrations from entering the aura against our will. The overlay allows us to attach ourselves to something outside of us through unconscious emotions or the solar plexus.

This completes the protections of the Light that the soul gives from Tamar.

Free will is respected, and if a person has both protections, the only way to bind them is when they are aware that something is synthetic or consciously choose to go parasitic, and still do it. So if we're in an interaction aware that we need someone's energy and that we're parasitizing, we do it consciously.
