Envy

We've all heard of jealousy and envy. For many people, such emotions are part of everyday experiences in various ways – some feel them, others trigger them in others. The vast majority of people have experienced these emotions in some form. And that's clear to everyone. But what fewer people think about is why such emotions really arise, which of our experiences and beliefs about ourselves lead to these states?

In this reality, we learn through emotions. The energy of the Source arrives, and it is simple but not easy. It is a time of great changes, both within and without. The shift in vibration in our reality is “pressing” us to confront old limitations that many of us have carried through lifetimes. Gaia is the heart of creation and emotion, and here we learn most through relationships and emotions. Therefore, our relationships will be our main reflection. We cannot remain who we are, because our system is aligning with the planetary changes; we are one with Her.

Types of energy work

Depending on the working system, it can affect both the client and the therapist in different ways. Many therapists can experience exhaustion, burnout, and even become ill during their careers. Energy work takes various forms, and each must include guidance for specific lifestyle and attitude changes that a person needs to make in their life to achieve lasting change. These recommendations will always depend on how much the therapist works on themselves and their own understanding and insights. In other words, the therapist must work on themselves as their primary task. They don't have to be a perfect person, but rather be on the Path.

Live to the fullest

The energetic landscape of our reality is changing rapidly. Images of leaders and saviors are falling, truths are becoming increasingly visible. People are waking up, and it's gradually becoming impossible to manipulate them. Whatever is tried will result in people connecting. The direction now being supported is opening the heart, authentic human emotions, and unity above all else.
