To see oneself

The organic feminine energy within us tells us that we have the right to feel everything. The masculine energy tells us to always put ourselves first; it gives us structure.

Having self-esteem means sticking to our core beliefs, setting boundaries, and maintaining clarity that protect our feelings.

It is, above all, a relationship with oneself, which is reflected in the relationships we choose to have. Self-esteem is both internal and external at the same time.

We are caring toward ourselves, and as we come to know our values, we make no compromises on them. This brings fulfillment and self-confidence.

Caring also means going against everything that is toxic within us and in our relationships, no matter how much it hurts.

A person without organic masculine and feminine principles within them will have no healthy criteria for anything, only impulses; they will engage in behaviors aimed at pleasing others, neglect their true needs, and tolerate a lack of respect from other people. These are the symptoms of synthetic masculine and feminine principles, which served to maintain the polarity of the matrix.

Love doesn't mean losing self-respect; quite the opposite. Whoever loses self-respect in any form of relationship won't be able to have it with others either, and it's as if we're saying “my happiness doesn't matter.”.

In relationships with narcissists and the like, we can only exist as long as we have no self-respect. They are extremely, extremely hard to change, and people usually cut them off the moment they gain even a little self-respect.

Don't ask others to treat you the way you don't treat yourself.

People without fundamental values that are right and natural will never have self-confidence.

As our Light grows, the solar plexus strengthens, and this brings awareness of who we are in our first two centers, the physical and emotional bases. Naturally, we won't be okay with things that used to be normal to us, and we'll speak clearly about what we're not okay with.

We must always know our identity outside of all relationships and be proud of ourselves.
